Hyperworm from X-COM Apocalypse, base modelled in 3DS Max, mesh details sculpted in Sculptris and textured + extra detailing such as skin texture/veins etc done in Substance Painter.
My first completed creature model which I have created myself from start to finish, could likely use a good retopo etc however it's currently sufficient for my needs, may adjust some features in the future.
